ARTIST

Inguna Audere

My career as an artist has developed by mastering the art of glass, ceramics and painting in Latvia. Passion for folk dancing has also played a significant role in how I choose the means for my artistic expression. Seeking different ways to express myself has always ensured that my thirst for unlimited creative freedom is satisfied. The creation of artworks in different places and circumstances is one of my favourite creative processes. It entails challenge, risk, the need to collaborate. It allows to discover yourself anew, as well as to create work in such quality that requires the involvement of more than just one person. The process and its participants play as important role as the result itself. Such a work of art possesses a certain authenticity and uniqueness.
